Smile is the second best thing to do with our lips.

Smile is not just an expression but a feeling of joy.Smile is like magic, it can trick your body into helping you change your mood and bring out the positivity in you. When we smile our smiling muscles contract, they fire a signal back to the brain, stimulating our reward system and further increasing the level of happy hormones or endorphins. In short, when our brain feels happy we smile;when we smile our brain feels happier.

A smile not only  prevents us from looking tired but can also help in reducing stress.When we smile we look confident and a way more attractive. It not only gives us a mood boast but releases cortisol that reduces pain and strengthened our immune system. even a forced smile can lead to mood boast , a Buddhist author Thich Nach Hanh said " Sometimes your joy can be the reason of your smile ,but sometimes your smile can be the reason of your joy" and even the research shows this by putting a pencil between your teeth ,forcing your lips to smile, actually feel better.


What changes a smile brings around you?

Ever had a bad day, and someone smiles at you and you smile at them back. Even if you don't want to, you'll end up smiling at them back and feeling way better and lighter.If you haven't felt it yet try it.
